Ophelia Brown Foundation of Hope is an indigenous NGO registered as a Non-Governmental Organisation in the Republic of Uganda. The foundation operates in Kamuli, Namutumba, and Mbale districts and has been registered with the National Bureau for Non-Governmental Organisations.
