Supporting 34 Children in Education

Greetings from Ophelia Foundation – Africa, Uganda

This month, I and my team, visited 11 different schools in Kamuli District, Busoga Region.

Our main focus was checking on our children and paying their school fees for 2 terms – Term 2 and Term 3, 2026. We also covered meals, books, and pens to help them learn well.

34 children were so happy and blessed because the Ophelia Foundation paid their tuition for the full year. For some children, we covered all 3 terms – Term 1, 2, and 3 – because their families could not afford it. Many are orphans or from very poor homes, and they would not have been able to return to school without this support.

As Director of Ophelia Brown Foundation of Hope – Africa Uganda, I want to thank God on behalf of the team, the communities, and all the children for making this possible in 2026.

I also want to sincerely thank Dr. Sam Fulp and his family. Since meeting him in Nairobi, Kenya, Dr. Sam has stood with us. His donation made it possible for these 34 children to be blessed this year. God bless you, Dr. Sam, for changing lives here in Uganda.

If you would like to join Dr. Sam Fulp in supporting this work, or learn more about Ophelia Brown Foundation of Hope – Africa Uganda, please reach out to him on Facebook and Rev. Dr. James Howell. He will share more on how you can be part of this children’s ministry in Uganda.

God bless you all,
Lukoli Johns Brown
